Negma Business Solutions, Inc., a leading international internet

announced the acquisition of Masterlink’s Colocation clients and
Class A data center facility. Masterlink

customers. This is the first acquisition for Negma in its 12
years of business.

commitment, focusing on growth and exceeding customer
expectations. The acquisition also adds further depth to
our growing disaster recovery, business continuity and IT
compliance solutions and strengthens our services capability.

Kevin Lasater, IT Manager at The Richards Group explains
how Negma recently helped him avert a major crisis at the
reputable Dallas advertising firm (www.richards.com).
“In November 2006, our building experienced an
electrical fire. Our main data center resides on the 12th
floor and is connected to a UPS with a 2 hour battery backup.
Building management informed us that we would be without power
for up to four days. Our company lives by e-mail so we
immediately contacted Negma for help at approximately 7:30AM and
their engineers immediately began provisioning a cabinet for us.
The cabinet and all connectivity were ready and waiting for us
when we arrived at the data center and we were back up and
running before noon. Negma’s ability to react to our immediate
need saved our company’s reputation and kept our business
running.”
